Connotation and denotation
In this you can see Lil Wayne and he looks very serious, this tells the audience he means business and is focused. The seriousness also goes with the headline ‘out of jail & on the loose’ because that is a serious matter to have come out of prison and he will be looking to make some real music.
The font colour is all very colour coordinated with red and black and the font is all the same style except for the title. The title is very bold and much bigger; this lets you know that it is the title of the magazine.
The magazine also advertises the website of the magazine ‘www.rollingstone.com’
